Free UK shipping over £12 // we ship worldwide

UK Shipping

We offer free shipping to the UK on all orders over £12 (excluding stamps), orders under this incur a shipping cost of £3.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail and will usually arrive the next working day, although this is not a guaranteed service.


International Shipping

International shipping via Royal Mail costs £10 to EU destinations or £15 for other worldwide locations - see our shipping page for more details on costs, timescales and a full list of countries we ship to.


International taxes and import duty

We remove VAT at the basket for all non UK customers, but this may be charged locally upon import. Our paper based products will usually not incur any import duty, but there may be a disbursement fee charged by the local delivery carrier. This is outside of our control and is payable by the recipient.

We cannot refund shipping cost on any item returned to us by Royal Mail due to non-payment of international customs fees as we will still incur the full Royal Mail shipping fee.


Amending or cancelling an order

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please email us with your request and we'll endeavour to make the change up until the point of dispatch. If your order has already shipped, any changes will involve a return once the goods have arrived with you.


Delivery issues

If you have any concerns about the order you have received, or if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please email us. To help us resolve your issue, please include your order number and a contact telephone number - we aim to respond within 1 working day.


Returns policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund. Please take the following steps to return your order:

Damaged items: Take a photograph of the damage and email it to us along with your order number in the subject line of the email and a contact telephone number. We are unable to issue refunds for damages without receiving a photo of the affected item.

Returns: If the items received are no longer wanted, please email us including your order number and a contact telephone number. We will provide instructions on how to return your item to us. Please note that we are unable to offer free collection of unwanted items or return postage costs, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of the item before a refund is issued.
